Initial research about chakra

I had a vague idea about chakras before Tanya walked me through the whole concept. The thought of creating a moving image piece about transformation through chakras excited me as it involved pre-production in the sense that it required us to do comprehensive and extensive research on the topic. So, we started off as a group before the posts were designated and in one of the initial meetings, it was decided that everyone would come up with their own research on the topic so we get familiar with the concept of it in every way possible and everyone is on the same page.

On having a discussing about chakras with my mother as she religiously follows the preaching of yogi Sadhguru, she suggested me to watch his videos about the 7 chakras as they were relevant and appropriate.

Yogi, mystic and visionary, Sadhguru is a spiritual master with a difference. His life and work serve as a reminder that yoga is not an esoteric discipline from an outdated past, but a contemporary science, vitally relevant to our times.
